Hi can I have a private post:
Long one so bare with me please. Basically I’ve been with my partner for a little under a year. When we had been together for 4 months we had a break which was a mutual decision as I was pregnant and our relationship wasn’t very good. In the time we had spilt up he had a fling with another women. Cutting a long story short we ended up getting back together and I miscarried however his ex partner is pregnant due in January. Now we have worked the baby was conceived when her and my partner were still together. We know she had cheated on him and is saying that it is someone else is the baby’s father. However her and my partner had a very active sex life and were having sex every night so she couldn’t know for sure. We also have proof there is another two men in the frame as possible fathers taking it up to four possible fathers. Basically I just wanted to know how we’d go about getting a dna as she’s saying she’s going to put the one possible father on the birth certificate as soon as the baby is born. She’s caused us no ends of trouble with threats accusations harassment etc… Even got with my brother to get at me and my partner and I’m just at a lost end. I’ve tired reasoning with her getting her family to talk to her as didn’t want to go down a legal route just needed some advice please.
