Hi Can I have an anonymous post please, I literally do not know where I stand now, background of me, I’m a single mom to two girls who I love dearly, their father is a narcissist and was really violent toward me, he sees them one day a week and doesn’t provide, iv felt drained and a failure because of him, anyway I’m trying to better myself for my children but it is hard work alone, I’m on benefits but have tried looking for something that works between school and nursery, I am in a bit of debt but not massive amounts, I have two loans, a budgeting loan on the go,
A 250 credit card lottlewoods and very, my virgin was cut off, water arrears tv liscence arrears etc now I don’t have money for much shopping but I eat out at family’s house quite a lot, I borrowed 500 off a family friend and paying 100 a month off, then I owe my other friend 50, anyway I need advice about what to do to stop it spiralling out of control, I don’t want loans as I doubt I’d get any more anyway and I don’t have nothing to sell, I need to do something to sort out what I owe and then sort a payment plan but wondering which place I could go? I have looked on google but unsure, is it debt advice and do they charge for it as I’m unsure, feel like a shit parent n didn’t want to come here as I I don’t want to be classed as begging I know there are people worse off than me but just want a step in the right direction, not asking how to make money lol , thankyou and appreciate it also I cannot get a planned overdraft as have a very basic account and step change was suggested in another group but heard they will only accept over 3k debt, I am not posting to ask for money as I get people are worse off than me, I generally just want some help please
