Hi can you make a post my daughter is 9 she knows her real dad i made sure of that well me and her father seperated when i was 3 months pregnant with her i met my husband when i was 4 months pregnant me and her father went to court so i can sole custody of her he had visitation rights every second weekend but it had to be at his grandmothers or his mothers place and bc he was in high school still he didnt have to pay child support. Well her first year was going fine untill he started making up excuses for not taking her this went on till she was 2 then he just stopped coming so i refused to let him take her when she turned 3 he asked if he can start seeing her again so i said yes but he had to start paying child support i asked for 150 every month i thought that was reasonable but eventually he stopped showing up again then when she turned 4 and started school he started coming around again bc he said he wanted her to know about her half baby brother which i allowed so she started to see her father again he was born she met him a couple times then him and his new gf lost custody of him so he stopped seeing her again she always askes me why daddy doesnt see her anymore? Or does daddy even love me? Is it my fault daddy doesnt take me to mcdonalds anymore so i told her the truth shes my first born and i love her with all my heart and i hate seeing her heart always being broken by him now shes 9 and calls my husband daddy he has been there for her since day 1 but what i would like to know is there anyway i can take him to court for child support and her not see him still bc i know he will throw that he wants to see her but he never calls to see how she is never messages me on facebook to see how she is and im always getting texts from him saying im a horrible mom that i love my son better than my daughter bc hes my husbands son and she isnt but thats not true i love my kids equal please help
