Hi can you please post this on your page I need help … my son is two and he has painful canker sores on the inside of both of his mouth I took him to the doctors and she said it’s likely caused by dirty fingers or putting dirty stuff in his mouth and to give him orajel for canker sores and Mortin. Well I’ve been doing that and he’s in so much pain he can hardly eat or drink these last few days . I even can’t brush his teeth because one of them started bleeding bad . I was just wondering if any of you know anything else I can treat these sores and what I should do . Thank you for all the advice
