Hi could I get a post pls

My ex has been paying cms religiously since January. But that’s on the bases he has them minimum 52 times a year on a normal wage. Well since January he has only seen his children 5 times and has been earning 2x what he told cms originally. He’s also moved and not said anything to them. I rang them few months ago said he was earning 2x more and he doesn’t see his children. They’ve said I’ll have wait till renewal in January. My question is because he’s lied will they take it out his wages or will they allow him to keep paying me? I don’t know where I stand as he never missed a payment but it’s the wrong payment?
