Hi, could I have a post please although understand how busy you get, I need some pregnancy advice… I am 19+3 with baby number 2 and have been feeling regular movements for a few weeks now, however between late last night and today I’ve barely felt any movements. I had 2 big kicks when I woke up this morning, and one little one early afternoon but I dont know if I should bother my maternity unit. Usually I feel baby move a fair bit during the day and night and have a regular pattern most days. Different websites say different things (not to worry, depends how the baby is laying, get checked, call the unit, its normal) I just don’t know what to do. Its been a while since pregnant with my first and can’t remember much. Any advice is greatly appreciated x

  • It’s way to early to be seen in a day unit , they will probably see you early pregnancy unit check heartbeat and send you on your way. You usually need to be 25 weeks to be seen and monitored in a day unit. Have you tried laying on your side, drinking a cold drink and eating something sweet?
