Hi could I have a post please I am so exhausted my 4 year old just doesn’t stop talking and repeats himself 20 or 30 times it’s almost like it’s a compulsion like if he stops he will forget how too. He doesn’t sleep very well but will even talk when asleep he is like it all the time in school also he finds it very hard to follow instructions to it’s just so draining I have 5 boys and none of the others are like it please any tips to try and get 2 mins peace or any ideas why he is like this please sorry for the long one x
