Hi could I have a post please. My 8 month old has had spots all over his face for a day or so but slowly they have spread. This mornin he has a lot more on his face and body and they are starting to go red. I’ve just been to the doctors and he said they aren’t chicken pox but doesn’t know wat it is however it’s common for babies to get them. Anyone know wat it could be
