Hi could I have a post please,

My baby is 7 months old last week I noticed a white lump under his tongue about the size of a pea. I didn’t think anything Of it but it’s now a week later and still there any ideas on what it could be? I tried to get a picture but he wouldn’t keep his tongue up and was impossible. He had a tongue tie cut at 5 days old but this is 7 months later so not sure on the relevance. Any ideas would be appreciated The internet was no help!
