I’ve been in an abusive relationship for 11years I got out on that January with year, I had 3 children with my ex he had contact with my children 2/3 days a week, the children have made allegations that he was been abusing them pulling them around by their clothes until you hear them ripping telling the kids they are stupid and lots of other things. The police are not involved as the children was to scared incase their dad hurts them but social services are as I reported it to them, I’m in the process of applying for a court order to keep him away from us as my children won’t even leave the house as they are scared incase they see him. My question is will the courts still grant me this order with me only having the say so of what the children are telling me? My social worker backs me but she said she can’t say the kids are in danger as she has no prof it’s just what the children have said to her. I’ve seeker legal advice but they wanted £2,000 for this order money I don’t have so I’m doing it by myself but I’m just trying to understand it all thank you xx

And also I’ve been on court today and spoken with a judge and he said he wanted me evidence of the abuse again me and the children, I’m back tomorrow afternoon I’m just worried that they won’t take what I say about the kids seriously xx
Please just comment on my post I’ve been to one who did legal aid and I was told they couldn’t do it for this type of order xx
U need to apply for a none molestation order on behalf of your child they don’t need to speak xx
If it’s to protect your children legal aid still applies ring round solicitors x
