Hi could I have a pp please, it’s embarrassing sorry for tmi, I haven’t been for a poo for 5 days I’m in agony.. I’ve been taking 2-3 laxido daily.. this happens quite a lot I never go every day, the longest I haven’t gone for is 9 days.. I’ve been to the doctors before about it and they said it’s sometimes normal.. surely it can’t be! I don’t have ibs or anything wrong with my bowel. It’s getting to the point now i have no energy.. really bad back ache and my stomach is agony. I eat food with loads of fibre and drink loads of water. Any suggestions on what to do? X
