Hi could I have a ppp 😊 can anyone give me any advice please? I’m going away with work for 4 days Thursday until Sunday and I’m so scared to leave my little girl.. she’s just turned 3 and I know she will be fine but I suffer with bad anxiety and depression from time to time.. I thought agreeing to go may help me overcome it. However it’s now less than a week until I go and I think iv made the wrong decision and honestly don’t think I’m going to cope very well.. I just wanted to know if anyone has been in the same position and what you did to help you? Thank you in advance
