Hi could I have a ppp. I have a feeling i’m gonna get slated here but here we go. I’ve been wondering if my 15 (nearly 16) year old daughter has been smoking for a while. Anyway tonight she was trying to speak to me about something but kept hiding. Turns out she is smoking and has been for a couple of months. She says it’s only 2 per day that she’s been getting off friends. We had a good chat and she seems relieved to get it off her chest. I smoke roll ups myself so I feel like I’m to blame. After a long conversation I agreed to let her roll 3 roll ups per day that she can smoke however she is not to do smoke in the house ( I don’t smoke in the house either). I have said that i don’t want her smoking around me or her younger brother. It would break my heart to watch her smoke. I feel like such a bad mum allowing her to have 3 roll ups but feel like it’s better than her thinking she may have to steal or be dishonest to get a fag. I have said that we will look at getting an ecig as this would be better than smoking. Have i made the wrong decision? Please no horrible comments as I feel bad enough as it is 🙁
