Aww poor girly xx

Due to me having severe SPD, Nerve damage in ny back and unstable hips im on 30mg cocodamol 4times a day as well as bavk and hip/pelvic braces. One of the major side effects of cocodamol is constipation so 4days ago i was super bunged up so took a day off cocodamol and had bed rest due to the pain but helped with the constiparion issues. However what i did notice was that my baby didnt move as much as usual so i had some rest cold drink nothing. I was in so much pain to even go to the toilet that i ended up taking one dose of cocodamol and within the hour of me taking it baby was back to normal moving pattern. So since then i had been taking cocodamol at normal times every 5hrs except last night when i had literly fell asleep due to pure exhaustiin from me not sleeping great with the pain im in. Missed two of my cocodamol doses so woke up this morning excruciating pain had to wait for my partner to get home from work for him to fetch me my painkillers as i couldnt physically get out of bed. So he asked how hes been moving and i realised he hadnt. So i did the whole cold drink lie on left and side … nothing so i rung the maternity unit they got me to come in so went down there straight away. Hooked up to the monitor no hlmovement but his hb for the first 20mins then all of a sudden he started kicking and being a little bugger danging away from the moniter so the modwife had to keep reajusting it. Shes now said although everything was fine with the trace because of me being on cocodamol im having to go for a scan. The dr wants me to speak to my consultant about whats been happening on thursday especially when i miss doses of cocodamol …

Its now got me thinking has my baby become addicted/dependant.

Has anyone been through this? If so ehat happend? Or any advise for what i could do if it happens again … xxx
