I need to beat smear fear… I had a cancerous mass removed and 3 lots of lletz done to
Find a clear margin 2 years ago I should be on 6 monthly smears but the fear keeps winning and Iv booked and not gone booked turned up and left
It’s a real phobia the usual Saves lives etc doesn’t help I just need help from people who have had a real phobia how and what did you to do over come it…. my first and only I got cornered at a routine blood test then the colposcopy the 2 assisting nurses had to literally come to the loo room to walk me through for the colonoscopies
Please help!!
