So my partner just got his two girls back last weekend through the court and it is court ordered that the kids see their Mum every other weekend and spend half of the school holidays with her. It is also court ordered that my partner has them for xmas this year and she has them for New Years and it alternates every year. Right so the last day of School is on the 19th of this month and the kids go back to school on the 4th of January so is it right in saying that my partner has the children from the 20th of Dec to the 26th of Dec and their Mum has them from the 27th of Dec to the 3rd of Jan?

Need help as the mother is arguing she should have them from the 26th of Dec to the 3rd of Jan xx
