Hi could I have a private post please.
Iv split from my now ex about 6 months ago, he’s still in the house as we have joint tenancy, I rang agency to get a eviction order and he still isn’t moving so I’m now bidding for council house for me and our son. The ex is even more lazy than he was, he’s put horrible status about me calling me from a pig to a dog, saying iv done things that he’s done. But last night I went out for couple of hours with a friend and sister and a friend was in the house with him and my son and the friend told me my ex was screaming in my sons face for waking him up (he sleeps on the sofa) my son wanted to play with his daddy so was trying to wake him up. My sister thinks I should tell housing and get social services involved but I don’t really want social services to be in mine and my sons life for ever, he’s my world and I want to keep him safe so my son is always now with me I can’t trust him. Is they anything but social services I could get help without being judged???
When I finally move I’m going to mention supervised access to him
