Hi Could I have a private post please… Just needing some advice really I’ve posted alot about my situation regarding my son being taken away from me basically its been going on since February they’ve never actually taken be to court he’s under a section 17 voluntary family arrangement where basically they are saying i gave permission for them to take him whilst the investigation is underway however i literally wasn’t given an option… By question is has anybody been in this situation before, do i have to pay for solicitors I’ve been in touch with one this week to get advice thet didn’t mention costs but someone has told me it costs a lot of money they’ve been making calls on my behalf to the social workers legal team!? Im basically been told to wait for every medical test to be done however the next one to test for ehlers danlos syndrome as it runs in my family isn’t until August i can’t wait that long so im thinking of going to court but scared they rule against me!? He shows all symptoms of eds BTW so do i..
