Hi could I have a private post please. Not baby related. Doesn’t have to be tonight. Has anyone ever had problems with ovo before? We owe them money but yet whenever we set a date for pre payment meters put in it’s been bad weather so we can’t have them installed as our meters are outside. The last time they came out to do them they rescheduled and then cancelled on us then we get a letter from a debt collector. I’m scared someone is going to come out and shut our supply down. (With our meters been outside they can just do it without warning??) Xx
