Pillow between the legs. I had to sleep on my left side hugging a blanket haha x
Sometimes the pillow between the legs work? Not always but sometimes so worth a try haha x
Massive body pillow and heated wheat/rice bags! Maybe also Physio if you have back or hip pain.
