Hi could I have a quick post please.
I stopped contact with my children’s dad due o safeguarding issues. He’s now saying the courts have said for him to pick up the children on Saturday only thing is I’ve not been to court not had no letter to attend and also no call from the courts or his solicitor. Surly this can’t be right like I would have to be at court too right? Can they come to an agreement without me there? Sorry for all the questions and thank u X

As far as I’m aware a court can make a decision without you there but you have to know about the order
