Hiya can I have ppp

I had a baby in February I had the usual bleeding lasted 3 weeks then I had my period afterwards, anyway my last period was April 6th and I’ve not come on since, I did a pregnancy test and I got a faint test, but since then I’ve got negative tests, any clue on why they could be negative after 2-3 faint positives? It’s almost 2 months since my period now and all tests are still negative…..I’m going to book a doctor’s appointment but they don’t have any for another 3 weeks near me!!!
