Hi could I have some advice on a ppp

My brothers girlfriend has 2 girls one of is his & the other one isn’t & his name is on the birth certificates of both of them obviously one the one is his little girl & one of the little girl isn’t his his name is on the birth certificate is can the mother be done for that?
& how can my mum see her granddaughter she hasn’t seen her in 2 yrs. never met her I’ve sobbed my heart out at the fact I can’t see her don’t think I have rights as an aunt
Has my mum got grandparents rights my mum always asks the mother to see her she says don’t ask again you’ll meet her my mum took the mother in at 6 months pregnant on the grankid that wasn’t hers n let her live their as she had no where to go bought her everything but my mum has no grudge or regret as my mums so kind hearted but how can we see my niece & my mums granddaughter x

you dont get grandparents rights if your brothers still with the mother of his child and only if his child is living with him alone unfortunately what the parents says goes i do think its very ungrateful and nasty that she has not been allowed to see the children maybe she has reasosn ?

No she can’t. Your brother would have had to have been there to put his name on the birth certificate so it’s down to him and his fault if he knew he wasn’t the dad to that child
No she can’t get done the dad HAS to be there to have his name on it ao ge went willingly and had his name put on it and no its her little one she can decide who sees it basically
