Hi could I possibly get a private post please as I have people on my Facebook on the private chat… basically my neighbour has taken me to court for an injunction and majority of what she has said isn’t true… any way we went to court and got told she has to produce evidence.. we had to file a defence.. I filed my defence and the court got back to us saying it can be sent to small claims track mediation .. she has said no she doesn’t want to but I am going to say yes as I feel it can be resolved… this morning I have received a letter from her solicitor saying I have to send my defence to them.. is it law that I have to send my defence to her solicitor? Had enough of all this now I just want to get on with my life 😞 thanks
