Hi could you please do an anonymous post?

My little boy is almost a year old, he was premature and spent the first two weeks of his life in hospital after having an emergency c section, to this day I have trouble leaving him I’ve never spent more than a few hours away from him and that’s only been a handful of times, so im just wondering is it normal for him to almost be a year old and to have never stayed at his nans etc over night? What can I do to stop being so worried and guilty about leaving him?
