I have a 6 year old and a baby. My 6 yr olds dad lft wen he was 6 months old and has never seen him since. He has no contact and was abusive when we were together….he is on the birth certificate. Me and my current partner have the baby together and would like my eldests name changing were due to be married and baby has his name

Is there anyway around doing the name change or revoking his perental rights without his permision any help would be appreciated x
