Hi, just after a little advice. I’ve not been with my daughters rather for just under 5 years now. He stopped bothering with her about 6 months after we split up. She’s now 6 and I’ve never had any help from him financially since we split up, I’ve always been a strong independent women and thought no I’m not gonna bother with GSA or hounding him for money. But lately, I’ve been thinking differently. Why should he get away with it!!! He owes it to our daughter to provide and she could benefit from it. Should I go ahead with It? Also, if i do, I don’t know where he lives or anything like that as I’ve not had any contact for so long. What details do i have to provide? Thank u xxx

  • I think you defo should , maintenance is to help provide for your child . It’s £20 to set up a claim and then you just provide as much details as you can
