Hi everyone,
ADVICE PLEASE!
So, my ex partner has instructed a solicitor regarding my little boy but I can’t afford to instruct one myself. The ones I’ve spoken too about it all have actually told me best thing is to take him to court myself but again, I don’t qualify for legal aid as it’s not domestic.
I’m a single mum on benefits and can’t even get a credit card to start the legal process.
Any advice? What do I do? Getting a solicitor or court is going to cost me load and I don’t even have any savings? What is my option, Accept what his solicitor is proposing and just have no say or anything myself?
He’s already spoken down to me about how I don’t have a chance in say with access as I can’t afford any legal help 😩😩😩😩
