Hi Girls,
Could really do with your advice.
My partner hasn’t been able to see his daughter since a year this Christmas.
He’s been banned from seeing her full stop.
His family hates his, his step family hates him.
He has lived on the streets and worked his ass off to be where he is now.
He pays money to his daughter every month when he gets paid, this is threw CSA, so it’s all down on paper.
We have money to live, and enjoy special times, but, no where near enough for court costs or solicitors.
And we also think it’s unfair on the daughter to be dragged through the courts as well.
I’ve seen this man drop down to his knees crying because he can’t see his daughter.
The daughter and ex live in the same town, they walk past him and the ex will pull in the daughter when she sees her Daddy.
This is all so unfair on the daughter and my partner.
I’ve tried politely introducing myself to the ex, to try help with any worries. But she read the message and ignored me.
Where does my partner stand? What actions can we take.
A year is too long, and I don’t want it to get any longer for both their sakes.
