Hi all im a mummy who is suffering with depression really bad. My mood is so low i havent got any friends an my family dont talk to me. Due to me pushing them away. Im so lonely an feel so empty with having no one here to talk to. I know i have 2 beautiful children but my head is such a mess an i feel so selfish for feeling like this but i honestly dont no how much more of this loneliness i can take 😭😭😭 xxx

Feeling like this ATM. I’m constantly pushing people away due to my depression. And Evan when I have got people around me I still feel really lonely. It’s an awful feeling and hard to describe. Inbox me if u need someone to chat too xx
