Hi, i was wondering if i could have a private post please…

I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms for the past while, took a test a few months ago and it was negative and hadnt thought anything since… well the other morning (not waking up to but later in the morning) i started bleeding, it was a strange colour, a really dark brown and seemed like a clot but not quite a clot if that makes sense? I dont take a period often but when i do its always around the same date and its not even close to that date just now.. i had a lot of pain the night before and had been in pain that full day and yesterday too, the bleeding stopped during the day yesterday but even now i am still in pain… i spoke to someone i know who has had a miscarriage in the past and the way she described it to me is exactly how i’m feeling right now… i understand that periods can be a lot like pregnancy symptoms etc i already have a child… im not too sure what i want out this post.. just really worried and feel guilty.. is there any way i can find out if i had been pregnant and miscarried? I havent took a test in a few months and had kept putting it off thinking i was just imagining symptoms… any advice on what it could be? Sorry for the long post x
