Hi I was wondering if you could post this anonymously on my behalf please….desperately in need of advice.
I split with my child’s dad 11 years ago and he has no contact with my child. We live in the same town and used to pass each other as if we’re strangers but in the last 6 months he has begun verbally abusing me in the street. He is a drug addict and has now started to get his drugs from the area I live in which is totally unacceptable.
As a result of his presence in my area and my child is now refusing to go out in fear of bumping into him..I’m wondering if anyone could give me advice on obtaining a restraining order to stop him harassing me and to stop him coming into the area I live…any advice gratefully received 🙂
