Hi I’m new to this group and hoping for a post to get advice.
Have any mummy’s suffered from severe SPD to the point of losing mobility?? I am being induced because of it at 37/38 weeks, I’m currently 35 weeks and really struggling the pain is unbearable has anyone got any tips on how I can reduce the pain (currently taking Paracetamol and using hot water bottles I don’t have a bath only shower so can’t soak 😞 )
