Hi I’ve currently split from my ex and have two children . My youngest being 16 months and the eldest being 3. My ex is wanting to take me to court if I don’t agree on 50 percent shared custody . Has anyone been in this situation before ? He’s offered £800 a month for shared . I don’t want to accept but he’s said he will fight me to court and will quit his job if I don’t agree . Will he win ?
