Hi lady’s I need help nbr really…
So it’s long story try and make it short as possible… Me & my son dad broke up before I found out I was pregnant anyway I rung him and he was happy anyway I wouldn’t get back with him for the reason i broke up with in the first place so I got my appointment few the post and rung him up told didn’t bother turning up then I send him the picture then he got rude so I stop talking him anyway didn’t hear anything from him since 12 weeks till 6 weeks b4 I was due ended up in a argument cause he wanted two names that he wanted for our son name and the name I picked he said he would get bullied so I asked him to leave Then just keep getting nasty message ended up changing my number gave birth 3 weeks early told him and didn’t see him till my son for 2 half months old so had my name I wanted.. anyway Iv had social involved the hole time cause of my mental health and his dv and something happen to his other child witch was bad. Anyway social gave him supervised contact 2 times aweek for 2 hours my son got to 9 month then he said saying he’s ill he’s got a head ache and he’s sick then try’s to make a day he want now after my son turn 1 he’s ain’t turned up to one contact in 2 months I get the same thing Iv got a head ache I feel sick… Iv always try helping him out changing days cause I felt bad for my son cause his dad cba with him… so fast forward to the last month. Iv had no stop nasty text message and phones and our son had to have a op 11 days and Iv got had anything from his dad to see how he is nothing.. so Iv spoke to my keywork about all of it .. they all now want me to got to court and stop contact because it affect my son and he’s young so he won’t remember… my probably is I feel so bad even thinking about doing because it’s his dad Iv always think they should have his dad but I’m getting to point where Iv just had enough now.. I don’t really know what I’m asking for just need to hear some story’s of same thing or going to court.. just don’t know what to do x.
