Hi, me again sorry, can I have a private post please.
Not Baby Related.
I’m really feeling deflated. My partner and I have been living together for almost 3 years and at the beginning our ‘chores’ were, he cleans the kitchen and does all the washing up and he cleans the bathroom (bathtub, and sink). I do the cooking, laundry, toilet and our bedroom and sons bedrooms (after trying for hours to get him to do it), hoovering and mopping and then we both do the living room. Recently, he only does part of the washing, and leaves loads in the sink to ‘soak’, he knows I hate cooking in a dirty kitchen so I always end up cleaning it. he is not cleaning the bathroom and when it comes to living room he claims he can’t do anything because ‘he doesn’t know where anything goes’. I’m on maternity leave, going back full time in January. I’m dreading it, I feel like I will be left with everything despite working 40 hour sometimes 45 hour weeks. I’ve tried talking to him and when I do I feel like I am getting through to him but nothing ever changes. I love him so much but It’s really starting to get me down.
