Hi please can I have a post? Sorry if it’s long my baby just won’t sleep anymore!
So she’s 20 weeks old and used to sleep 7pm – 2am (silently) have a bottle then back to sleep til 4-5am. But last couple weeks she’s just unsettled all night every night!
She’s tossing and turning letting little cries out until we pick her up then she screams. I’ve tried everything and can’t cope on no sleep any longer I’m only getting about an hour a night! I’ve tried teething gel, swaddling, unswaddljng, give her dummy, comfort her, later bedtime, earlier bedtime, got my top in the cot so smells of me just so tired and don’t know why she’s doing it?
