Hi, please could I have a private post?
Just looking for advice regarding the new child maintenance service. My daughters father pays £100 ( this was set up by the old csa when she was 2) when the service went private we arrange a direct debit privately. Recently he has been nothing but awful to me, constantly texting, putting me down as a mother ( he only see’s my daughter every other weekend for one night). I would really like to go back through the csa as now he threatens to cancel her money. My question is what are people’s experience of the new csa service? I know you have to pay a portion of it which is fine. Also will they review the claim as I’m sure he earns a lot more than he did 8 years ago! Thank you in advance x
