Hi please could this be private need some helpful advice

My husband has a child from a previous relationship and I’ve written in before about my mil not treating my kids (1 from previous partner and mine and my husbands child) the same as his child he has with his ex. Well she has now said that she does not accept me and my children (including her biological grand child) and is seeing my step child through my husbands ex partner. Its breaking my husbands heart…..why would she do this to him yet she still expects to have a relationship with him? How can I help my husband? He feels torn between us and his mother? Any helpful advice?
