Could I have advice please

I have b12 injections and folic acid. I am still so tired I just sleep all the time. I’ve been to my doctors and my bloods have came back ok. What more can I do. I don’t eat bad but I am over weight.. It’s so unfair on my kids the way I sleep. It’s getting me so down now. Please don’t bash me but does anyone else have this problem xx
