Hi post please, is there a sleep regression at 8 Months? How long does it last if so š¤ i find myself every night deciding whether to go to bed at 7:30 when my children go to bed or to stay up for an extra hour or so to have some chill time to watch TV š my 2 year old moans during the night but a little pat of her back sends her back of to sleep, my 8 month old however has woken up at 4am every morning for the past 2 weeks screaming his head off šŖ I’m exhausted, anyone Else? Thanks x

My 15 month old gets up everyday between 4 and 5….think some kids just like to keep us on our toes….plenty of coffee š
