Hey can I have a private post please.. my little boy is now 22 months and he’s still not sleeping great, last night he woke 3 times and was up at half 6.. I’m absolutely knackered, I’ve tried everything.. stopped giving him naps during the day, he’s in a routine at bed time (not a problem going to sleep) he’s just still waking during the night.. he’s in a toddler bed now with a gate on his door and it’s been like that for some time.. I changed from a cot to see if he would sleep better in a toddler bed.. but he’s just the same. A problem I do have is he wants juice during the night it’s like his comforter as he hasn’t had a dummy since he turned 1. He has bottle of juice while I’m reading him a book in bed and while he’s falling asleep and then he will wake 2-3 times during the night for another bottle and then go back to sleep! Can someone help me? I’m absolutely shattered 😂
