hi posting for a friend she has today recieved a letter from social services regarding her 16 year old son she has never had any dealing with social services before and shes a great mum so today she got this letter at the top of the letter it said dear racheal but no last name they said they needed to speak to her and shes not to ignore the letter it stated on the letter she must ring by a certain day which was today when she recieved the letter what she cant understand is why would they not put her llast name on the letter and also why would they put a certain date for her to ring them by? she also rang the number on the letter and asked for the person who it was sent from but when she rang there wasnt a person of such name. the lady she did talk to said she couldnt find anything on the sytem regarding her or her son? shes confused and dont know what to do next any advice would be great thank you!
