Hi ppp, I’ve woke up and can’t get back to sleep with worry. I’ve stopped my son seeing his dad as he’s an alchoholic always in the pub and always drinking in a house and when he gets him he sometimes doesn’t give him dinner after school and just feeds him sweets when he’s already had 8 teeth taken out with them being soft I try really hard to keep them clean and cut back on sugar etc he does it to get at me though, he will say things to my son to repeat back to me , he doesn’t pay anything for his son and never has not even a pair of pants for starting school ! I’m working with a solisitor and I don’t want him having any contact as it really effects him when he comes back he’s cheeky because there’s no rules with dad he gets to do exactly what he wants where as I have rules to bring him up to be a good boy . How do you think court will go ? What are the chances of no contact.? He’s a nasty piece of work he’s been done for stalking me and harassing me I feel he is always around and I KNOW he hacks my Facebook account etc I’m not sure how but he does he knows things that he just shouldent know ! Please any advice would be great I’m so worried and can’t get back to sleep I just feel he’s so safe with me in my care and I’ve got an amazing family who do everything where his mums an alchoholic also but works full time .also if he does get contact (I hope not ) what about xmas etc he usually gets him 2-3 hours on xmas day but this year they took the piss again had me standing in the rain waiting on them then they phoned says they will be back later whilst my dads cooking dinner for all of us and guess what , he comes back with chocolate on his face after me asking nicely no seeets as dinner will be ready soon, everything that gets done IS to get at me he’s a narcissist and a stalker I’m at my wits end I just want to keep my child safe . Thank you x
