Hi. Ppp. My 2 year old son goes to nursery for 3 hours a day over 2 days. The past few times I picked him up, his nappy was so full and heavy and he had not been changed at all. The other day I picked him up…. He was in the garden with no coat or jumper on and his arms and hands were frozen. I told them to make sure he has a coat and jumper on, her response was, well I will if he doesn’t ask for it. He’s 2. He won’t ask for a coat on!! Now, he’s leaving in December to go to a different nursery. If I pick him up today and have the same issues, am I entitled to not send him back. I’m worried they will make me pay up until Xmas. But why should I pay when they not looking after him well?? Thanks x
