Hi there can I have a ppp, my little boy has not long since turned 1 and his sleeping is terrible he just will not sleep through the night he has a couple of hours then he’s up till 5/6 then sleepin till 2ish in the afternoon I really don’t know what to do I’m at the stage where I’m just constantly tired and drained I just don’t know what to do to help him sleep and settle better iv tried every rocking him to sleep putting him in his bouncer his pram iv done controlled crying but he just gets so upset he will fall asleep on my chest but soon as I put him down he just wakes up and cries please no hateful comments just looking for some advice thAnkyou in advance X
