Hi, wondered if you could post for me please.
I’m just looking for some advice as to how mummies would deal with this… today I discovered that my 13 year old daughter has been self harming, she has cut her arms with the blade out of her does anybody have any ideas on how to deal with this going forward as I obviously don’t want to get this wrong!!
I already feel shit enough about not noticing earlier but as it’s October she always has a jumper on so I had no idea!

She needs to see a councillor or maybe cams at her age doctor should refer u a tip I’ve picked up with mental health tho give her a felt tip pen and ask her when she feels the need to use that instead of a blade to draw where she would cut that has helped some people I hope it helps too whilst your waiting for an appointment x
