Hi,can i have a private post please.

Ok me and my now ex has spit up im still living with him and on a joint ESA claim with him to..my question is how do i go about getting off his claim? I have litterally nothing to my name not even a bank account..how do i go about sorting all this out? I dont have a clue where to start 😔 i wish to move out with my son

Can i open a bank account once i am off his claim? Even though il still be living in the same house.? I apologise if i sound dumb but i am completly at a loss of where to start here and seriously freaking out 😔
