Hiya can I have a ppp thank you TMI

I had an emergency c section just over 7 months ago and went on the pill that you don’t have a break and take at the same time every day, it was fine until around 6 weeks ago and I had a period with normal bleeding for a week then it went to black gritty blood for around 4 weeks then I took myself off the pill to see if it was that and I bleed heavy for a week but then it stopped but now my womb feels heavy and I have pain in my right side I’m wondering if anyone has had this problem and can give me a bit of information also my mood has depleted I am constantly tired and I can feel myself getting angry at little or nothing any help would be great (I haven’t rang my Drs because I have no minutes and my friend rang for me to make an appointment and they said no)
