Hiya can i have a ppp?
I have an almost 7 month old little girl who is amazing. The only problem is night time. She goes to bed perfectly at 7oclock or just after and sleeps great until around 1 in the morning. Then we have murder. Shes awake and has milk then she wont go back to sleep! Sometimes for hours and hours. Last night i finally got her back to sleep just after half past 3. Its starting to get physically draining fighting with her in the night to make her sleep and the worst part is you can see that shes tired. She eats 3 meals a day and takes about 24oz milk along with it so shes not waking from hunger. Does anyone have any advice on how to get her to either not wake up until morning so there is no fight or to go back to sleep when she does wake?? I dont mind that she wakes its the fight afterwards, its exhausting. Thanks everyone
